The Empowered Birth is a doula business aimed at helping expecting mothers achieve a great birthing experience, whatever that birth experience may be to them. As your birth doula, I do not discriminate against the type of birth you choose to have. As January Harshe once said "I do not care what kind of birth you have. A home birth, scheduled cesarean, epidural hospital birth, or if you birth alone in the woods next to a baby deer. I care that you had options, that you were supported in your choices, and that you were respected."
