California Custom Sounds

The individual that waited on me today made sure the product I was buying was the proper fit for the vehicle and explained how to hook it up. Also took the time to hook up the blue tooth and connect my address book to the radio. They do an excellent work and customer service.

Shelby,did an outstanding job with customer service.,.. she explain cost-service- wait time perfectly.... she is main reason I went with CS... Customer service goes a look long way.... I brought I got was an iPod hook for my caddy srx 04 and it sounds perfect!!!!!

The guys here were so helpful and got my car sounding great! After visiting a couple gloomy shops where the service wasn't so wonderful and the selection was even worse, it was refreshing to walk into California Custom Sounds. The staff actually LISTENED to my needs instead of preaching "you need this, you need that". They let me audition several different systems and never rushed me to decide. Eventually, I chose some upgraded speakers and a new touchscreen radio. They were able to schedule me in for the following day and the work only took a couple hours. The waiting area was clean and bright with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, and wifi. When my car was done, the guy took me outside and gave me a quick tutorial on my cool new stereo. I really liked the way the installer had vacuumed my interior and hung a nice little checklist from the mirror. It's nice to know they cared about more than just taking my money. I will definately recommend California Custom Sounds to all of my family and friends for their car stereo needs!
