        Never even consider this compa...

        Never even consider this company! Really unprofessional on every level. Actually, it started well with a considerate receptionist, but all went downhill from there.

        Two men showed up unannounced and with no introduction and said they would beat any price. Don't believe them. They quoted me a very low price, beating a previous estimate and promised they would come the next morning. They never showed.

        After repeated calls I was assured that I would get a return call and an explanation. I never did.
        I guess they have so many customers they can choose which jobs to take!

        My advice: if you are forced to use these liars, get a contract with quoted price and a guarantee of a date and time allotted to complete the work. Otherwise don't waste your time!

        Seriously, there are a ton of licensed and insured tree removal companies. You have choices and should choose NOT to use Trees R Us Inc.

        I ultimately had a good experience with Whitney Tree Service. I didn't ask for much, just show up and take the tree down!
