Nies Insurance

Worst experience ever! I've been with them 10 years. Went to cancel my policy and they "didn't recieve it." Had to fax it two more times before they finally did. Won't be reimbursed because my vehilce was owned outright and it was sitting needing repair and I wasn't driving it. So since I didn't prove that I had other insurance they can't reimburse back to the first time I faxed it.. Even though they have records that I talked with them on that date asking how to cancel. Furthermore I paid more on my one vehicle with full coverage with Nies than I am now paying for two full coverage policys on more expensive vehicles with State Farm. ($20 dollars less with State Farm for two vehilces full coverage!) Bottom line. Expensive and poor customer service.
