Hideaway Hills Family Campground

Pros

- I can see that this place could have tons of potential! Very beautiful piece of property.

- 4th of July free dinner for guests, nice touch.



Cons

- Dirty pool, showers, toilets.

- No fire pits or picnic tables.

- The staff (mostly kids), you can't hardly find any of them and when you did they were not friendly.

- No rules at all, fire works going off between campers until 2am, dogs in the swimming pool, kids doing sparklers on beach area (and then leaving the metal sticks all over), lots of drinking, loud music all day and all night.

- Kids riding golf carts and rangers all over at a high rate of speed, some of these were the "staff." Again I think rules and enforcing them would make a big difference.



I really think this could be a nice place, I really do, but the lack of effort from staff to be friendly and to keep the place clean is a huge turn off! It was also discouraging that there were no rules or people to enforce them. The fireworks could be set off anywhere anytime, it was not just annoying it was dangerous, the staff saw no concern at all. I hope they carry great insurance incase anyone get seriously injured or killed.

I love this camp ground very nice nice friendly people my kids always have a blast thanks for your guys hard work :)

Don't stay here its a dump. 1 star is too good for a roll away bed that has urine and pooh stains the cabin smelled really moldy. We didn't stay had to leave the place
