Panera Bread

hello I am a very long time customer and when I came there the other day I noticed that it was a whole new management that I didn't like because im so use to the old crew(Jason,lorenzo,dave) and I just wanted to let the boss know that he or she shouldn't make them changes because I notice that even the employees didn't really like them and I was wondering can u do some changes about that please I love Jason Lorenzo and Dave(short)

This is by far one of the worse experiences I've had at any Panera Bread. I ordered a bacon, egg & cheese sandwich in ciabatta bread with a iced green tea(which I fell in love with the other day). First they were out of preserve for my sandwich, then my bread was the burnt end pieces of the roll, my bacon was rubbery at certain parts & my green tea had no taste. I know it's not supposed to be sweet sweet but this cup had zero taste, I felt like I was drinking water. I love Panera Bread, I just won't be a customer of the one on York Road anymore

A great variety of delicious soups, salads & sandwiches. The pick two combo is perfect! Very friendly and quick service. Clean, nicely decorated dining room, or take-out.
