I had an horrible experience . I recommend that no sane person visit, purchase, or buy anything from the store. I was fitted for a bridesmaid dress back in January, and was not fitted again until the week of the wedding. The owner put me in a size 16 dress, and I usually wear a 10-12 . The dress was huge on me. The seamstress was supposed to alter the gown , but instead she in the owner put me in a size 18 gown. I paid for alterations on two dresses/gowns and neither one of them fit. I plan on reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, the seamstress and the owner. I am glad I kept the receipt for the gown and the alterations... I beg anyone that is considering going there, DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! The bridesmaid dress was pinned in 4 different places... Embarrasing!!!!! Do not use Lillie B. Designs... , look for an experienced seamstress...

This one of the worst places to buy bridesmaids dress and tuxedos from. She over charge her customers and purposely order dress a bigger size to get you to pay for alterations that's not done right. I order 6 bridesmaids dress and no one could fit their dress eventhough they give her measurements. If you where a size 6 you will wear a size 16.. And if you where a size 14 your dress will be a size 26... When my girls tried on their dress they felt straight to the floor.. She is very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful... She treats you like your her homegirl and not a paying customer. Her tuxedos are too expensive... She charges you high prices and they all come from the Tuxedo House in Timoumn ... I say cut out the middle man and go directly to the tuxedo house....however her gowns are nice but make sure your buying it straight off the rack or else.. I could go on for days ... Ladies please go to David's Bridal and Men please go directly to the Tuxedo House... Please be aware...

Stay clear of Crystals bridal at 2 North Broadway, The service is very poor and the worst of the situation, when tried to sue her we found out that she do not have a BUSINESS LICENSE to operate the bridal store.
