I Love New York Pizza Ballston Spa

The people are very nice people, the food is GREAT best pizza in upstate NY reminds me of the pizza in the Bronx real NY style pizza I love it and won't go anywhere else to eat pizza

I have given up on this place. They are closed more often than open even during high demand times like football season. I will never order from this place again!!

If i could give a negative star i would. Just order a pizza and deliver guy came with my credit card number and security codes written on a order. Wtf. Then i called the manager and asked why. He was so rude and said that he writes the numbers down. I told him that I didn't want my credit card number with the security codes floating around his restaurant. Do order from here. Heaven only knows what they are doing to your pizza if they can't treat people's credit cards with security.

One of the reasons we "discovered" BSpa I Love NY Pizza was that the establishment we had been going to previously had raised their prices and the dropped the quality of the food. We really liked the food At ILNYP but of late, the quality has been questionabled too many times and the service was not very good either. I had an order for pick up tonight and when I got home I was missing an item. My son called and said he would like them delivered. Mind you we live 4 blocks up and 1 block in from the restaurant. 20 minutes later the item was not here so we called and told them I would pick it up. I did and there was not even an apology for the mistake. Just a "here ya go". Then when I got home the second time we realized that we had paid for a sauce that was not in with the items they forgot the first time. I called and told the girl I was not pleased as they had messed up twice in the same night. The response. What would you like for us to do? HOW ABOUT AN APOLOGY FOR YOUR MISTAKE TO START WITH!!!!! And I did not even mention the fact that the bbq chicken sub was so over toasted that part of the roll was black. Not deep brown, black. Seriously think I will need to look once again for another establishment!! NOT PLEASED.

I have been ordering from here for quite sometime now and I just had the worst expierence ever! I was trying to order 3 12 cuts and I was very polite to the man who had answered. I orginally stated that I wanted it for delivery and then asked if they were 8.99 each and he told me it had to be for pickup so I had explained that I would pick it up. Then he told me I had to order online. I told him the only reason I called was because online was working (which I always order online) THEN this man with the absolute WORST customer service said "my online ordering is working I've been receiving orders all day" and I simply said "you are very rude and I will take my business elsewhere" HE HUNG UP!!!!! I will NEVER EVER order from them again and I'm assuming he was a manager of some sort due to how he spoke to me. I am a manager myself and I can't believe that he would speak to someone like this. Worst service I have EVER had ANYWHERE !!! I love NY has great pizza that my family and friends really enjoy but I will never bring my business back there. He is extremely rude and disrespectful, it's a shame he's employed.

GET OUT OF THIS TOWN!! Bought a slice, got home (2-3 mi away) & realized I left my cell on their table. Owner denied it was there & it took the Ballston Spa PD to call them, to get it back. Not only did he tell me to F*** Off on the phone, when I sent my cousin there to look for it, she told me he told ANOTHER customer to F*** Off too. This guy is a lunatic & does not deserve to be making $$ from the county/city we support. I'll admit, the pizza is decent, but I have never been treated like that by any establishment in the very place I was born, raised & live in! Go back to where I came from buddy! Life's busy, but I'll make sure to make time to let everyone know what an inconsiderate loser this guy is... & get him OUT!

The delivery took way longer than they said it would, the order wasn't right and when we called to complain, the owner said they weren't going to fix the order and bid to call again. Very rude.

Great service and food in a clean professional local eatery. Have and will continue recommending to friends, family and strangers alike.

My family and I really enjoy I love Ny ") ordering at least once every two weeks. They have amazing pizza, spaghetti, garlic knots & subs !!! We refuse to order from any other place around :) &&& the prices are outstanding , which is a huge plus with a big family like ours.

These guys are great. This local 'I Love NY' has the best pizza in Ballston Spa and the crew behind the counter has never failed to be anything but exceedingly polite and efficient. The food is very reasonable. The wings are top-notch. The calzones are modeled after giant footballs, and the gourmet slices are the cornerstone to my ample love handles. Please don't change a thing NY Pizza.
