Somers Hot Bagels

I am a reg customer, and this morning I Purchased two flagels ,and two reg bagels with cream cheese.. I couldn't believe it when I came home and the bagels had very little cream cheese on them. I have been buying my bfast there every sun morning, for the past 4 years. This is not the first time something of this manner has happened. I have decided two take my business else where. I mean , how hard is it to make a bagel right!!
