Just got my laptop from HE computers. My LCD suddenly went black and I brought two inverters online, thinking that I could quickly fix the problem. However, both inverters didn’t work. I simply google nearby computer repair shops and HE Computer Services’ website seem more legit than the others. Adrian quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered a LCD screen with another inverter and it works wonderfully. Really appreciated his friendly expertise in solving my problem. However, his speedy repair was the most surprising especially since I needed my laptop for school projects asap. Will definitely recommend HE Computer Services to anyone wanting quick, friendly, and honest laptop repair.

Yo estuve en el lugar de he computers para reparar mi pc,desesperado por,no saber si podia recuperar archivos de mi compañia y gracias al servicio, de los ingenieros en sistemas yo pude recuperar toda la imformacion del hard drive,y me repararon mi sistema operativo estoy muy agradecido,contento y yo se los recomiendo a la comunidad por precios y calidad gracias yo se los recomiendo visitenlos!!!!!!!

I went a year ago to get my laptop fixed. It took them weeks to get it fixed (It was a simple and easy problem). When I got home, the computer wasn't responding properly. I took it back and waited for about 4 months more. After many calls that I needed my computer, an employee told me that they had NEVER looked at it. I had to go to the store many times and ask for it. I tried to be patient but too much time had gone by. We first decided that they were going to lend me a desktop but since I was leaving for a long vacation, I insisted that my laptop needed to be restore ASAP. Ultimately, he convinced me to trade my laptop for the old desktop (sooo dumb!). But there was one condition from my side: I wanted all my pictures e-mailed or in a CD. I really needed those pictures to finish a book about my life with cancer. Unfotunately, after dozens of calls, the owner has never called me back or replied in any way. I feel betrayed and deceived. Now, I need to buy a new laptop and my book will NEVER be completed nor published.



I do not recommend this place to anyone! The service is horrible. It is better to go to professionals. You will end up receiving better service at a better price. Trust me, you do not need a headache like this. It is not worth it...
