Pei Wei Asian Kitchen

When calling, I was placed on hold for 7 minutes. Once I was able to place my order, I was told our food would be ready in 20 minutes. Arriving at Pei-Wei 20 minutes later to pick up our food there were angry customers everywhere. Some customers had already been waiting an additional 20-30 minutes from their original wait time. It indeed took another 35 minutes to receive our food. The manager offered free drinks - in the form of a small cup - to those waiting for their take out. Although the line at the drink station was out of control as well! Once received, our order was wrong and did not include all the items originally ordered. To compensate however, the manager did give us a $10 gift card for our next time at Pei Wei. When leaving I heard the girl taking phone orders continue to tell customers their food would be ready in only 15-20 minutes! At least tell people it is going to be an hour and then I won't wait at your location expectingly after 20 minutes.
