Independent Auto Glass

I had the misfortune of dealing with this company after my Insurance company connected me with them to get my windshield repaired. They were unable to put my windshield wiper back into the glass and made up a cock and bull story about my wiper needing new parts. When I went to my dealership the technicians were perplexed as the wiper apart from a little rust in the bolt looked fine. When I called the company back they demanded an extra payment to come back and finish the job they had already been paid for. I have already sent in a complaint to my insurance company about them.
