Horrible! My daughter rented a limo on 3/12/20 through Price4Limos/Curtis Limo for prom on 4/18/20. Due to Coronavirus, she cancelled on 3/18/20, ONLY 6 DAYS LATER! She was told she would get a refund if she e-mailed her request. They had charged her a $280 deposit on 3/12, and a $350 “additional deposit” on 3/16. Even though she was told she would get a refund, had the reservation for only 6 days, and we are in the middle of a NATIONAL HEALTH CRISIS, they are now KEEPING the entire deposit of $630! The rude redneck who answered the phone (the owner?) was awful to deal with. He said he was going to do her a “favor” and not charge the remaining balance even though the contract says you won’t be charged the remaining balance if you cancel 14 days prior to rental date. When I pointed this out, he repeatedly accused me of interrupting him as if he was the customer and I was the business, and he ended the call. Awful customer service!!!! They should refund the entire deposit, instead of profiting from Coronavirus and taking advantage of part-time, minimum-wage-earning high school students who have lost their jobs because of Coronavirus! This man is UNETHICAL and has NO MORALS.

This is confirming the other negative reviews for Mr. Curtis Walker's limousine service which we hired for a Bacherlorette party. The driver Larry was unprofessional, absolutely did not know his way around, didn't bother to use his GPS and the guests had to use their phones to give directions to him. Furthermore he had an attitude and was surly with the girls. No water, no assistance in and out of the limo (all of us had heels on), a/c not working properly and at the end of the night refused to return one of the girls and her friend back to the hotel. I spoke with Mr. Walker on the phone regarding all this and he was not interested in making it right and he hung up on me! Do not book with this company!!!

Please avoid this limousine service as other reviews suggested. Also if another company suggests and you are directed to them... Avoid as well. Our driver was very friendly and on time but the issues started when he suddenly decided to stop at a gas station to stretch his legs on our clock. It's only a 1.5 hour drive to wine country outside of Austin, who needs to stretch at that point being a professional driver? After that our day went well up until during a point in our tour that we decided to ask to stay an extra hour, willing to pay, and instead were told that we had to hurriedly head back because our driver needed to go to a new job. Within my experience it is customary to honor the initial client. When we returned to our hotel we were initially charged an extra hour for only 15min over our initial time. And were mislead on what the base rate was when we booked which included gratuity that we were never told of; therefore paying extra gratuity for a mediocre vehicle and service. When calling to dispute, I was hung up on FOUR times, never to be responded to again! Avoid at whatever cost!!!!! Not worth a dime!

Absolutely the worst limo experience I've ever had! The car that showed up looked like something out of a rap video, not the tasteful and classy car they show on their website. On top of that, the car was filthy inside and out. There was dust on everything and some sort of disgusting brown sticky substance spilled all over all of the glassware. The radio did not work and worst of all, the entire car smelled like rotten eggs! And as if all that wasn't enough, the driver looked like he slept in his clothes. Very messy and not at all professional.
