These people are all about selling you product, they will give bad advice causing you to spend more to correct the problems they should be able to give correct instructions when asked.



Then when their advice pans out to be a problem, they either sell you more product or get mad you if somehow are upset with them.



The store smells like poor hygiene and the girl Lauri will screw you if you ask for advice on anything, knowing you'll come crawling back to her for another couple hundred in supplies. Not sure if it's willful or ignorance, but she sure has an answer and the end result is still the same.



This is a so called family business and they are all crooks if you asked me, and I've done nothing but spend good money in their business - buyer beware - they will turn-on-you in a NY minute if you complain about anything.
