I have taken my car here a couple of times to run diagnostics, and they never charged me. Today they replaced an alternator and a couple of belts in my Infiniti. Went in to pick up my car, and they charged me less than I was quoted, much to my surprise. Great customer service, and a reasonable price. I know what a pain it is to replace the alternator in my car. My mechanic friend diagnosed my car yesterday, and Reddy's (on Todd Lane) gave me the exact same diagnosis. Car was done when they said. I will take my car here again next time it has problems.
