Legacy Oaks Assisted Living and Memory Care

Advertised a complete memory care facility.. Turns out they are not competent at careing for dementia patients..My mother was improperly medicated & worst of all locked in her room alone lying on a mattress with no sheet, blankets or pillows. They give the appearance of a caring facility but their actions prove otherwise... So glad to have rescued my Mom from this living nightmare!
