5 STRIKES AND YOU'RE MORE THAN OUT:
1. After you've nodded and laughed at my surface conversation, I discover you don't speak or understand ANY English when you similarly nod and laugh at the question I've asked you twice.
2. I'm in AMERICA, so WHY do I have to sit here and listen to all the nail techs talk in their native language to eachother and wonder what on earth they're talking about? My imagination is running wild when I should be mindless and relaxed.
3. Why do you answer my kind-mannered question regarding cleanliness of towles with a defensive and rude attitude?
4. When I chose the $35 pedicure with hot stone MASSAGE, I expected to get a stone "massage" and not a stone RUB. I could have unenthusiastically glided some microwaved rocks over my chin bones on my own at home!
5. If the hot stones are TOO HOT for you to hold in your hands, don't you think they're too hot for my freshly exfoliated legs and the delicate arches of my feet? Furthermore- your solution (to protect your hands from the heat) of holding the stones with your cheap, rough, and scratchy towles while rubbing my legs feels like you're taking a barbeque brush to my skin.
To expand... I went to this salon one other time about 5 months ago and the stone massage was good, but I believe in CONSISTANCY- you shouldn't advertise a package with "stone massage" when some of the nail techs are going to merely slide the stones over your legs- I left feeling cheated. Also, my question about cleanliness was because when the tech unrolled the towel, there was green clay on the inside of the towel- I asked if they washed them after each use (because that shouldn't be on the inside of a clean, folded towel). I asked the question in a respectful way, so if you have nothing to hide then why did you answer in a rude and defensive way? To end on some positives- I will say that on a surface level, the salon looks cleaner than others I've been to; also no complaints on the paint job. On top of everything I experienced yesterday, I still left a $5 tip because I'm not a you know what.

I've been coming here for a couple of years, and they do a great job. My pedicures always look great, and generally last between 2-3 weeks without needing a touchup. The staff is friendly, and the place is very clean. I highly recommend it.
