Hondacure has been a lifesaver for my (numerous) car problems!! The shop serviced both my Ford Explorer and Nissan Maxima when they were on the brink of death. Owner, Kevin, sent tow trucks when I couldn’t get my car started and provided me with a loaner car when the repairs where extensive. He was honest about which services I needed right away (as in why my car wouldn’t turn on) and which ones I should probably consider if I want to continue driving the car. Always a fair price and great service! The staff is friendly and hardworking and they really work to accommodate a busy schedule. Definitely recommend!!!!

Excellent service with great prices. Called four other auto repair companies and Hondacure was by far the least expensive. The work was performed correctly and in a timely manner. The owner is honest and checked things out on my car that I did not even ask about. He took the time to explain things tome where I understood what was happening with my car.

Kevin Casey and his shop have been working on our family cars since 1990. He has consistently gone out of his way to provide conscientious and thorough work. He communicates fully our options and possible courses of action before proceeding. He is ALWAYS thinking of how to take better care of his customers. We have been saved many $1000's of dollars over the years by his shopping around for equivalent but less expensive parts (which he always clears with us). The way Kevin's team work on our vehicles is the way I would do it if I could run my own personal family shop.
We had a car that was being serviced for free from the dealer. WHAT A BOTHER! I was constantly being disappointed by poor communication, long waits, just bad service experience. Once that arrangement expired, we were back home to Kevin.
I have recommended Hondacure to many friends (with many makes of cars) and will continue to do so.
Thank you Kelly for your kind words and for all of the outstanding people you have referred to me over the years. Your support and patronage is truly appreciated.

I'm a former Honda owner and have used Hondacure for years. They have always been courteous, knowledgeable and fair in price on all repairs. When I switched over to an American car, they allowed me to bring my car there even though they specialize in Japanese imports. A quality service/repair company is hard to come by these days and I can guarantee that I'll be using them personally and referring them to everyone I know.

What happens when good, everyday people become honda mechanics? Excellent technical know-how, customer service and "service after the sale." My issue may have been run of the mill (car won't start, stranded) but my experience at HondaCure was not. Never have a dealt with a mechanic that was so concerned with keeping me informed on the repairs and bending over backwards to make sure I was on the road in no time. I am ever so impressed and thankful to have found a mechanic I can rely on.

We came with an odd request: to convert a 1991 Civic Wagon to power steering so we could drive with aging elbows.
The dealerships had, unsurprisingly, said that it was impossible. Hondacure said that they had a junk car with power steering in good shape, they were not sure that the conversion could be done but they would give it a shot. They warned us that the cost of the repair would be around $1,000 and that the repair would not add $1,000 to the sale value of the car. In fact the cost was slightly more, but not excessively so, and the car is a treat to drive. Unlike the other reporter on this blog, we are satisfied customers.
I am only now just reading this review. I'm sorry to take so long to respond. This particular repair/modification was actually a fun challenge to take on. It was made all of the more enjoyable due to the wonderful warm nature of this customer and that he was having the power steering installed as a surprise for his wife. Thanks for the kind words. I have a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, it is on file.
Price as high as any one in repair business.
Will not back Warranty as stated on receipt.
They don't treat you like a valued customer.
When returned for unsatisfactory repair.
They will get to it when they are ready.
No sence of urgentcy.
I should have just gone to the Honda Dealer.
I'll begin my response to this gentleman's complaint with what you will find, should you look up my business Hondacure a.k.a. K.C. Auto Sales & Service, Inc. on the Better Business Bureau's website. My business has an "A+ rating." The following quote was the BBB's final determination on the matter with Mr. Bernat: - "BBB determined that despite the company's reasonable effort to address complaint issues, the consumer remained dissatisfied." If you want the details read on... ********************************* We replaced a defective rack and pinion unit on Mr. Bernat's vehicle under warranty even though the original repair was performed before it was Mr. Bernat's vehicle. We originally charged him a reduced labor rate and for steering fluid only, a total of $107.81 (vs. $675.00 the original cost of the repair (payed by the previous owner)). After engaging in arbitration through the BBB we offered Mr. Bernat a full refund of the money he payed us provided he put "in writing (via the BBB) that he would seek no further compensation and will not persist with his complaints to the BBB nor any other official entity." He refused our offer and chose instead to write this (I believe unwarranted) review. In the 19 years I've been in business this is the only complaint to the BBB that I've ever received.
