Ryan was the technician that arrived at my house. He was very friendly and polite. He was also knowledgeable of his work and finished everything quickly while explaining what he was doing. The experience was an A plus!

They have been great to deal with and are always professional when they come over. I recommend them all the time and will certainly use them again!

I bought a ac unit for them in July 2010 paid cash 4900 dollars when they came to install it they cut a huge hole in my ceiling they never repaired it. The unit has not cooled my home since its been installed. I have called plenty of times and even the receptionist agrees with me on how long it has to take to aknowledge the problem. Well today "Hank" called me and rudely hung up the phone on me-say they will be here tomorrow at 8:30 am. I have heard that too many times. James,Hike,Hank, Hank

Jr. they all blame each-other. I filed a complaint with the BBB and if this does not fix the problem I will have to take legal action. Read all reviews in the white pages, yellow pages, city search, yelp--research the business. Read filtered reviews also.They use different names but sames address and numbers-be aware.. DO NO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM--YOU WILL REGRET IT

I purchased a air conditioner unit in July 2010 it never cooled my 1000 sq ft. hm. On top of that Hank service cut a huge hole in my ceiling to install it and never repaired it. Now in September I have called plenty of times and even the receptionist agrees with me about how long this is taking to resolve. Hank called me and rudely hung the phone up his last words being"We'll be there tomorrow at 8:30 a.m." I paid 4,900 dollars cash and this is what I got. Lousy service VERY RUDE OWNER. I filed with the BBB. Don not do business with them you will regret it.......

I've used Hank's Air Conditioning Service a couple of times now, over several years. Always happy and content once the AC starts blowing again. No hassle, replaced the inside blower motor and cleaned up, Thanks! Recommended.

Favorable experience, repair time frame, and most importantly service fee. Seems to be helpful to customers in saving funds and providing free tips to save from future costly repairs. Afterwards he pointed me to their website FAQ's for many free tips. Will use them again. RECOMMENDED!
