And had these guys swing thru to clean a few rooms. They are very knowledgable and even showed me places where the last company I used left a bunch of residue in the carpets. I kept having stains come back and they would tell me that I needed to replace my padding because that's where the issue was. I spoke with Patrick and he explained once he was there that a lot of times stains come back because the carpet isn't rinsed well enough and then dried quickly. He also said that if stains came back he would return and remove them for free. Here I am a month later with no stains and carpets that still look great. He also gave some pointers on rug placement to help keep my rugs clean. Thanks Patrick!
