        Overall

        It seems like no one in the body shop business is good at their word. I took my vehicle in for what Ian said would be a 2 day job. On day 2, no phone call, nothing. I waited too late to call...after 5 PM. I am stuck without a vehicle. I will never do business with this outfit again. The least they can do is call and tell me if there is a problem.
