        I received MY formal training AT the texas culinary academy in austin. Texas. And I AM a LE cordon bleu honors graduate. Today. I develop recipes that are mass produced for grocery stores and wholesale clubs across the united states and canada. MY life revolves around MY love of good food. Cooking and developing recipes. I AM in the food business because I love food and I believe that YOU "live to EAT". NOT "EAT to live". I would appreciate the opportunity to share MY love of food and MY culinary experience with YOU. Your family and your special guests. In MY opinion. YOU DO NOT have to BE wealthy to EAT well! I will make ANY event FIT your budget needs. I want YOU to have the best culinary experience possible.         Great Chef and Great Attitiude

        Great food and great chef with a great attitude. Chef Pogue had a great staff and it is obvious that Shelly really enjoys her occupation and it shows! We had a small office party and were working with a bugdet, but you could not tell it by the menu that was provided, and the event was perfect. I will use her services in the future when we have other events, and I strongly recommend her for anyone looking to have a great culinary surprise with a catered event.

        Great Caterer

        I was in town on business and at an event that Chef Shelley was catering. I am often in the Austin Area for business, and love it here. The food was great, and Shelly and her staff were very professional, and looked like they really enjoy the job and offering great customer service. I will definitely use her and her services for my next event. A++++

        How about a big party?

        Chef Shelley made our backyard wedding an effortless and classy affair. She took care of everything from a champagne toast with chocolate-covered strawberries for the 30 wedding guests to a sumptuous pasta bar and prime rib carving station for the 100+ reception guests. Although she made it seem easy, clearly it was a monumental task with a lot going on behind the scenes. Everything happened on time and as she promised.



        We have had rave reviews since then, and we recommend her wholeheartedly. Shelley wants your event to be special. She cares and it shows.
