Bossy HD

I arranged an installation with Bossy HD because of a referral through one of my friends and when they arrived at my home I could tell why she referred them. I'm the kind of person that likes to watch what people are doing for future reference, and I know that it gets pretty annoying to some people but the technicians didn't seem to mind. They even explained everything they were doing to me and showed me how to operate the universal remote that I had. They knew a lot about what they were doing and my T.V looked amazing on my fireplace. It was also very affordable. They didn't try to scam you into a price that was beyond what it should be, and I loved that. I would recommend Bossy HD to any and everyone I know in need of a flat screen Installation.

Bossy HD is exceptional. They had great work quality, and were extremely nice. They hung my T.V and it looked amazing. Bossy HD is an amazing company.

I love Bossy HD. The technicians were very nice, well- dressed and knew a lot about home theater. I called them and they provided me with an accurate quote, and arranged my installation according to my schedule. They finished my installation quickly and easily, and my TV picture was great! I had a nice clean look and my TV looked great on my wall. They are an excellent company!

I met one of their delivery guys who was delivering door hangers in our area. I was standing outside my home when he approach me and ask if I mind if he put a door hanger on my door. I was so impressed with his demeanor I took the time to look at the door hanger.



I do not know if they want me to post their special (on the door hanger) in my review, so I will say it was a great deal. The technicians came out the same day. These guys were dressed well, well spoken and VERY knowledgeable about home theater.



I have found "my guys" when it comes to home theater. Bossy HD (catchy name too) did a great job!!!

They might have knowledge but very arrogant and unfriendly.

Customer service is very rude and 80% of the time they won't answer the phone or return your call.... don't even waste your time on these guys.
