Big Boys exceeded expectations! I am a degreed commercial pilot who has exceptionally high standards when it comes to maintenance and repair. This company is conscientious and thorough. I give them five stars.

GOOD GUYSWhen I needed to have some body work done on my Jeep, my Dad insisted that we go to someone who was recommended by a friend rather than just selecting someone from the Yellow Pages. He told me that anyone can pay for advertising but a friend's recommendation is not for sale. He is a BMW kind of guy, and is incredibly demanding!I've loaded this jeep with almost every type of electrical and electronic gadget known; my Dad says that "a Jeep is a Lego Set for teenagers"! These guys understood what I had done and knew how to fix the electronics while they were painting the vehicle.They treated me nicely, and explained some things about my Jeep that I didn't know ... they seem to know their stuff!Big Boys ... are GOOD GUYS!!

Definitely FIVE STAR !!!What an unexpected pleasure to find a collision shop that treats you like you were a member of their family. I felt as though they were trying to make sure that my vehicle was fixed to the highest possible quality standard ... and everything that needed to be fixed was indeed fixed.Unlike many shops, I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me a repair and paint job ... but were trying to make sure that I would have a "like new" vehicle when they were finished.The thoroughness of the inspection was incredible; they pointed out some some defects and sloppiness from a previous collision repair at another shop which I had not noticed, apologized for their industry's lack of professionalism and offered to rectify it while they had my car in.Attention to detail and very high quality standards; that is what I want in a collision repair shop ... that's what I got at Big Boys!!
