Azuma Leasing

My roommate rents our appliances from this company. We've been using them since Jan and they have worked great. The delivery guy was super nice and took plenty of time installing and making sure they worked properly before leaving. Renting is so much easier (and cheaper) than buying! Everyone I have talked to on the phone was really nice, too!

Excellent customer service provided by Gene the azuma leasing rep who assisted me, good working equipment highly recomend this company to everyone. Excellence is the standard at this company.

They are really easy to set up service with. I moved and did not have a washer or dryer and did not have the money to fork out $500 or more to get new washer and dryers so this was a perfect idea to hold me off until I could get a set. Very professional, thorough, and quick which was everything I was looking for. Definitely would recommend!!

Horrible Business!



I was told my rental would be $29.99 a month. 1st month my bill is $52, then $48, and my last bill was $57. When I called to ask about the first charge being so much. I was told "I signed the contract so I have to pay the fees". When I asked "well don't you think it's a little unjust to mention extra fees in the midst of 10 long paragraphs with super tiny writing"? The customer service rep completely IGNORES me. Didn't even answer my question. Complete silence. He ignored me 2 more times before the end of the conversation. Just a heads up, pay your bill by mail because you are authorizing them to debit your card at their will and this is a really, really shady company that will no doubt pick up the macine and come up with invisible damage and charge your card for it. And guess what? You won't be able to do anything about it. Very unprofessional company. Will take advantage of you if given the chance. Do NOT deal with these people!
