If you are looking for full hi...

If you are looking for full hip joint replacement, this Team did a great job on my spouse. He was and is very active, they evaluate your lifestyle and choose the hip to keep you active. They work with your work-life and family-life schedule when planning surgery and follow-up appointments. My husband's down time was kept at a minimum, off his job was kept at a minimum and his pain was kept at a minimum. They showed care and support for even minor details. He has one of the best looking scars ever seen according to his home health nurse.

Even though we live out of town they worked with us for all the required physical therapy, home health and medical contacts or/and appointments. The doctor's and nurses are very professional and understand you are in great pain by the time you see them. Appointments can seem to be delayed slightly, but we seldom waited past our appointment more than 15 min's and normally we saw the Dr. before the scheduled time or at the scheduled time.

Thank you Dr Hasson and team for all the care you have provided.

Ive been a friend and patient ...

Ive been a friend and patient of Dr. Hasson for over ten years now and Ive never been in better shape physically and mentally having Dr. Hasson as my Orthopedist. He has conducted knee (meniscus) surgery as well as Open shoulder surgery to correct years of dislocations. He has also treated me for other injuries and kept me in the water for so many years. He is the consumate professional and has an amazing staff working with him. Additionally, Dr. Hasson has provided fantastic service and unconditional love to the disadvanted communities who so desperately need his services. I highly recommend Austin Orthopedics and Dr. Hasson for all sports injury and orthopedic needs. Thank you Dr. Hasson and your wonderful staff! Sincerely, Peter

I injured my shoulder in a high impact martial arts school and was referred to Dr. Roden by my primary care physician. I have never been so happy with a doctor in my whole life. He spent at least a 1/2 hour with me each time I was in his office and explained everything to me before the surgery. The day of surgery he met with my family and me post-op and was funny, compassionate, and professional. Subsequent followups were informative and compassionate. I highly recommend Dr. Roden for any shoulder problem.

Doctor Hasson is excellent.

I saw Doctor Hasson for my foot early this year and had surgery on it in August 2011. I had Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease. My foot had become badly out of alignment to the point of bordering on a more serious outcome had I not learned to control my diabetes. After a year of orthapeHassdic assistance and some adjustments to my diet Doctor Hasson was able to operate on my foot. I was able to walk with confidence again. I love my doctor's attention to my problems. Sometimes you need to have your shoes adjusted to get things just right. And I love the fine staff of radiologic technicians who take the xrays. Their smiles make my day! The staff can be a bit clinical in the office side of things.. But I suppose you would be that way too if you saw as many patients as this clinic sees. It's a very busy place. But the doctors give the best care around. Especially Doctor Hasson and his associate Doctor Roden.

Overall
No patient care.

I was astonished at how poor the quality of patient care at Austin Orthopaedics was. My child went there three times with three different adults (Mom, Grandma, and Dad) for a broken arm and we all had the same experience. The wait was an hour beyond the scheduled time each time and the waiting room never had more than a few people in it. The staff seemed to think that this was OK. When the Dr. came in he did not acknowldege the presence of the parent in any way and spent less than 3 minutes on each occasion examining our daughter and then speaking his notes into a recorder and walking out. Awful.
