they fixed my treo smartphone, when others could not. they are very fast and friendly. and best of all very reasonable, will reccomend to all my friends.

My phone got soaked on the 4th of July and would not turn on. I suspected that its new role in life would be to function as a paperweight. However, I took it in to Aus-Tex and to my utter disbelief, they fixed it and it worked again. However, two things I noticed later, the touch screen malfunctions now and the battery life is atrocious. I am not sure if either of these are related to the water damage or the repair, but I am now considering taking my phone back to see if they can help.

Took my phone in for repairs, when I asked how long it would be I was told I could probably just have a seat as it would only take a few minutes. They weren't lying. Some of the fastest repairs I have seen. Getting business from out of town has to speak for itself.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a telecom company. AusTex PCS charged me to fix my phone, the next day I brought it back as the phone was not working, they would not refund my money.
