Alchemistix

I've used Alchemistix twice now and have been extremely pleased with the ticket services provided. We recently went to a Chicago Bears football game and we needed to be able to get 9 tickets but needed the ability to pay seperately and still sit next to each other. Brian with Alchemsitx was able to hold the block of 9 seats for us for a 72 hour time period to allow time for everyone in my group to call in and pay for the tix seperately and then only charged one shipping price to have all of the tix Fed Ex shipped to me and saved me a ton of money from what Ticketmaster charges. I've been burnt in the past for paying for everyones tix upfront hoping they would pay me back and Alchemistix was able to provide me with the ability to get tix but not get hung out to dry forking out my own money to assure we all sat together. Will defiinitely use again in the future for all of my ticket needs. Ticketmaster is awful!!!!

Sorry guys - busted! These reviews are bogus. Alchemistix is offering money to its customers if they write a positive review. So, they are getting positives just so people can get cash. I know I am taking a risk by fueling this even more, but be careful about what you read -- they are not likely legitimate. I do know that from my experience, their ticket prices for NYC shows are outrageously high -- and often for shows that you can get tickets on-line directly for regular price. So, skip these scammers!

I don't make it to many events, but every time I have needed tickets for business for personal events Alchemistix has had what I needed. It has been a simple and pleasant experience, with excellent customer service. I will defiantly continue to use this service.

I was trying to figure out what would be the best Christmas gifts for family friends and the Alchemistix representative did a great job on helping me to narrow my choices and select the best tickets for the best price. I was able to pick up some Cowboys tickets for my brothers, Barney Live tickets for the small ones plus my sister got a pair of Lady Gaga Tickets. Thanks Alchemistix for making my Christmas shopping so much easier!

I go to a lot of events, but I procrastinate on buying tickets. But every time Alchemistix saves me. They find some way to find me tickets that I need up to the last minute. And they always have the best deal. I am a shop comparison junkie, and they always beat everybody else. When you call or email, the staff is always nice and helpful and gets the job done. I have stopped searching for hours online, and just go straight to them. I save time and money and never get disappointed. They Rock!!!

I've bought from Alchemistix a few times over the years. I've bought tickets for concerts in Austin, football in Dallas, basketball in Detroit, and NASCAR in Kansas City. What sets them apart from the big sites like stubhub.com is that when you call them, an actual person answers on the first or second ring and they know about your order and the event. Everyone who answers the phone knows about sports and concerts and can talk to you about the venues and the teams and the bands, They can explain why they think certain seats are good or bad and they seem to be honest about it. I've had them talk me out of more expensive tickets and into cheaper seats because they thought (and I agreed) that the cheaper seats were a better deal. I've only once had a problem with them and it wasn't really them but FedEx lost my tickets. I called in and the person on the phone said they couldn't do reprints but she said she'd transfer me to the owner and he picked up and we spoke for a few minutes about the team (the Cowboys) and he confirmed that he couldn't get me reprints for my tickets but he gave me another set of tickets. I don't know what it cost him to do that, but I've never gotten that from stubhub or ticketmaster so they have me coming back every time I want to go somewhere.
