V T Nails

I went in mid February to get eyelashes applied and waited for 3 people that went in front of me. After each person the woman never washed her hands or the tweezers. When it was my turn she dropped an eyelash in each eye and removed it with her fingers. Needless to say, when she was done both eyes were bloodshot and irritated. She then gave me a small dirty fan to blow into my eyes to help dry the lash glue. I went home that night wondering why I didn't walk out. When I woke up my eyes were glued shut. I went to an optomologist who diagnosed me with a severe eye infection. I left the Dr's office and went back to VT Nails with my Dr's diagnosis, a bill and a $35 prescription. I only wanted a refund of my initial $35 and they refused. I am now forced to sue them for all my expenses. A nightmare!
