        Overall

        Aurora Northern Pines Motel will NOT refund your money if you make a reservation, no matter when you cancel. Our frig did not work, there were loud banging noises when the heater was on, no ability to regulate the heat. When we checked in the kitchen window was wide open, NOT clean, 1/2 roll of TP, should I really go on -- keep looking
