Reflections Dermatology

I have been a patient of this office for a few years, along with my daughter. I discovered a spot/irritation on my back that I am concerned about. I called office in May to get an appointment. The earliest I could be seen was Sept. 3rd. I received a phone call 8/2 & no message. I called the office 8/5 only to be told the person I was seeing isn't there on the day of my appt. & they rescheduled me for Sept.27th. I expressed my concerns & received 'that's all we have" I stated I would be switching Dr's & reply was ok, bye. I have never actual met a Dr. & actually felt confident in staff that I have seen. But lacking customer service at the front desk, not the 1st time I was treated with no regard. Hope I don't have skin cancer....but new office I called actually seemed concerned & is seeing me within 3 weeks. Thanks for nothing.
