Look elsewhere. Valley Creek Apartment went down the crapper in recent years. I affectionately refer to the community as "Jerry Springer" Apartments. Residents not picking up after themselves. Vicious and dangerous pets allowed to roam freely. Residents stabbing each other in the backs. Drug manufacturing and heavy drug use. Management plays favorites.
