World of Dry Cleaning

We have been going to this dry cleaner for about 5 years. We get our clothes dry cleaned frequently but I have not watched the retuned items as carefully as I should. Recently one of my blue sweaters didn't return and the cleaner said we never bought it to him, which was not true, however I let it go. The sweater was valued at $200. At our next drop off we counted the items and I wrote a list of items we took to them. Once again we were missing one of my sweaters, a black L'Agence sweater. The owner agreed to pay my husband for the sweater if he didn't find it in a few days. After a few days he refused to do so as well, and only gave my husband a store credit for an amount less than the cost of the sweater. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES TO THESE PEOPLE AS THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. TAKE YOUR DRYCLEANING ELSEWHERE. I PERSONALLY WILL NOT BE TAKING MY CLOTHES TO THEM AGAIN.
