I just brought in some old family photos to be framed as a 70th birthday gift for my mom. Andy (the owner) was wonderfully helpful! There are so many choices in terms of mat colors and frames, it was hard for me to make a decision. He was great at talking through the options and making recommendations (while still listening to my taste and preferences). Andy's a graphic designer (and experienced framer), so he was also helpful in picking out a font for wording that's being included in the piece.



I have to admit I was a bit hesitant about going to a big, national chain...but this store is locally-owned by Andy and his wife, while still having the benefits of the support of an experienced parent company. I can't wait to give the finished gift to my mom - it looks fantastic and was affordable!
