Working with Georgia Home Pros was a great experience. As first time home buyers we didn't realize how much we DIDN'T know about our new home, it was only a few years old and had never been lived in, so we didn't expect many issues. Scott Webb came in a checked every square inch finding many very important issues that we were able to present to our seller and get fixed before purchasing our home. This prevented us from spending THOUSANDS on repairs (mainly the AC unit needing to be replaced) if we had purchased the home without an inspection. He explained everything so we could understand, and how everything needed to be fixed. Can't thank Scott and Sheila enough for giving us so much important information. We highly recommend them to anyone purchasing a home!
