Bed Bath & Beyond

Stores change their policy doing the pandemic. They act like the customer supposed to know that they change the policy. I bought a mirror from Bed Bath and Beyond and you would have thought I was asking these to exchange a car. I called Corporate while I was in the store but the lady that I spoke with didn't want to do anything either. I got off the phone with her, I thought it was over because she didn't want 2 be bother about the issue. I was piss off because I bought the mirror for my husband anniversary (my husband picks at his face) The lady changes her mind because one day I listen to my voice and Angelique had left me a message. I didn't have time to call her back in a timely manner because I had two deaths in my family, my dad was ran down by a drunk driver & I was back &forth 2 Memphis because he was in ICU for 2 months, rehab. My oldest brother got rob & shot which he is handicap. Do U think I had a mirror on my mind doing all of this? I called 2day to speak to the lady that called me and tried to get my mirror replace. I went thru four people, and they are telling me that I must have my receipt for them to replace my mirror. We went thru a Pandemic not some severe weather. No one could help me!!!!! They told me because I didn't answer the lady email there is nothing, they could do for me. She never told me she was going to send me and email or that she was calling me back. U would think if U going @ do something or try2 do something for someone you U would let them know in advance. Everybody that I spoke with I had to explain all over again, and again. Each person told me they would explain it to the next person so I wouldn't have to repeat myself. Well, that didn't happen. In the end I never got the mirror replace but it ok. I will never shop with Bed Bath and Beyond again. That mirror was $80 bucks. My friend had no problem exchanging her item & she paid cash & she didn't have a receipt. I will let U figure that one out, I was on the phone 4 two hours

Store is well stocked, if sometimes a little disorganized. A convenient location for housewares. A must have for wedding shower shopping!
