1660 Peachtree Midtown Atlanta Apartments

Armed robberies, burglaries, and terrible management (new and old). If I had time enough to list my litany of complaints I would. This is simply meant to underscore the numerous bad reviews that should receive your attention and convince you to rent any apartment but here.

A neighbor, who had her lease up for renewal and balked at the over $200 monthly increase was asked, "Do you really need a 2 bedroom?" in response to her having a 13 year old son and each having their own room. Just this morning, the leasing agent (Jennifer) told me she got "backed up" and couldn't keep our appointment. I rescheduled work obligations just for this walk-through, and she couldn't close the office to keep the appointment. Then a prospective tenant came in, and Jennifer said she had to take her on a tour, rather than keeping our appt. So, she could close the office for a prospective tenant for an unscheduled appointment, but not for a scheduled appointment with a current tenant. Not to mention rats running around the complex, the garbage that piles up outside the compactors, the graffiti and gang art across the complex, and notices of break-in's left on my door (which also alert would-be robbers that I am not home) just show me that it's time to go elsewhere
