        Overall

        Anytime I have encountered an Atascadero police officer, they always considerate and made it clear they are for us. One way to help is to put up a sign to discourage littering on Curbaril/Sycamore. Sycamore from Curbaril to just past the overpass heading north has become a dumping ground. There is some sort of cult symbol about 7' high along a chain link fence, which has a box filled with small one-shot plastic whisky bottles, which may indicate that they are the ones throwing hundreds of those plastic bottles along that stretch of road. I pick all that junk up, but it is an endless task; the litterers should be fined. But first we need a sign declaring a $1,000 minimum fine for littering.
