        Overall

        A waste of money!! Terrible customer service. Waited over a month for a visa that they continued to promise will be ready "tomorrow". I contacted the office over and over again to get status updates and every other day it was an excuse as to why they had no updates, smh. Would NEVER use them again.

        Bad customer service, rude attitude, took advantage of my situation, got a quote over the phone but they quadruple the price when they learn my situation, will never go there again.
