Our scores (my wife and I) are up high enough to buy a house in January as planned, and through their guidance we saved even more money toward a down payment. very bummed...i was hopeful when i referred to upgrade my credit. Blair was very reachable for the first few days...he promises quick results so i paid him...it has been 8 months or so and nothing on my cred has changed as a result of anything he has done. He is a financial adviser somehow...and charges for his classes. not sure how you can have a business or make commitments and not return calls.

They are fraud be aware. I spoke to Blair before joining he was very easy to reach out but once they got my payment I couldn't never get a hold of them. I went to both address that they have on their website and no one knows who they were. It's been 6 months now since I paid them and no one had called me and send out mail to fix the credit. I will be reporting them to better credit bureau. Don't waste your time and money

Blair and Upgrade My Credit are awesome!! I called then from a Google search just checking out different companies and Kim answered the phone with such a pleasant voice, and spent 30 min. with me! She waited on the phone while I emailed her my credit report to review, and at the end of 30 min. I had all the answers I needed. Long story short, they did it. I only had 3 items to work on and 2 of them took less than 30 days, and one a little longer. What I like about this company is that they don't charge an arm andleg. Since we only had 3 items to work on they gave us a custom price that was a lot less than their full program. All I can say is I am one satisfied customer. :)

I had heard about Upgrade My Credit from my banker at Wells Fargo back in December when we wanted to buy a house, but we didn't call them until April. I wish we had called earlier. They have done nothing to help my credit in the almost year since I signed up. They would not show me when my letters were mailed and when I log in online it says that my letters are 90 days past due. When I try to get someone to show me proof their working on my account I get the run around and after 5 months of requesting proof I have yet to receive anything. Do not waste your time, energy or money.
