Specialty Autoplex

love our new jeep. Process was not completely seemless, as we had a few issues, but they kept their word and took care of it.

I purchased a Jeep from Specialty Autoplex today. The entire experience was seamless and enjoyable. I felt that my saleman Dave, was honest, straight forward and very helpful throughout the process. I had been to several other dealerships and none of them compared to the excellent service at Specialty Autoplex. I highly recommend this dealership.

This is not your traditional dealership. If you haven't had the opportunity to go to Specialty Autoplex, I highly recommend it. I think they will exceed your expectations as they did mine. I was in and out within a couple of hours instead of making it an all day event. Plain and simple ~ Great people.

I seldom do reviews but Specialty Autoplex truly deserves it. Top notch customer service with no pressure. I see why they have been here so long. (They were celebrating their 24th anniversary) Congrats guys!

Specialty Autoplex was a different car buying experience for me. there was no pressure at all and Dave was there to answer any questions we had. Fast and friendly, We will definately be coming back here in the future.

I bought a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 and am completely satisfied with it. Dave was great, and everyone else my wife and I met were wonderful. It is rare that you find someone you feel you can trust in such a short amount of time. There was no pressure to buy and no games. Everything was up front and all our questions were answered. We will tell everyone we know about Specialty Autoplex.

This was my first car buying experience. Being a young woman and new to the area, I was scared to death to go out on my own to look for a car. I was actually looking for a Jeep Wrangler and had recently started following Specialty Autoplex on twitter. I liked following them on twitter because I could see the new arrivals. They posted a beautiful black jeep that was exactly what I wanted! I drove to the lot to look at it. I think they felt I was extremely nervous and they went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable. . I wasn't sure if they would be able to finance me because I have no credit, but it wasn't a problem at all. We were able to work out a payment that I could afford. I have called them with a different question about 5 times now, they continuously treat me with patience and respect. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would 100% refer these guys to anyone looking for a vehicle.

The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are straight forward and honest. My overall experience was very pleasing. They helped in every way they could and found the best fit for my needs and budget. I will be back to buy again when the time comes. If you are in the market for a Jeep, this is the place to go.

Seller stated the 97 jeep wrangler I purchased had an engine swap. The engine swap was done in house by specialty autoplex. Missing bolts/nuts bell housing was loose. Had to replace the clutch in 2 months of driving. Replaced water pump, rear main seal, transfer case exploded due to unbalanced driveline from bad u joints. I purchased the jeep thinking it was a good price. It's worth half what I payed. They state that they put a lift and 33s on. But they put a p.o.s polycarbonate 3 inch body lift on their jeeps which is very unsafe and shouldn't be sold with a body lift. If it was a suspension lift it would have been different. Body lifts are dangerous. Suspension lifts are not dangerous. I still owe a large sum of money to specialty autoplex but the jeep isn't worth more than what I already payed them.

I have never walked on a car lot where the atmosphere was so relaxed. They offer great warrantees there services are truly second to none put them to work for and see for your self and what I'm talking about! You owe it to yourself! Se Habla Espanol!!!!!!!!!
