Mercury Tax and Insurance

After realizing I might have to pay taxes out of my pocket, I went to Mercury Tax... Not only were they able to keep me from having to come out of pocket, they also got me a great return! I couldn't be more happy! Thanks you guys! ♡

Been going to Mercury for at least 3 years. I have NEVER had a bad experience with them. I always get my money and its always the MAXIMUM return amount!!

I DONT UNDERSTAND THE NEGATIVITY! I LOVE MERCURY, THEIR STAFF, AND THE PROFESSIONALISM THERE! BEEN GOING THERE FOR YEARS AND WILL CONTINUE.

Worst place I have ever filed my taxes they steal money from you pay top dollar for them to file you're taxes and the stupid lady's mess them up ill spread the word nobody will be coming back to this place next year that's a bet

This place is the worst!! Do not use them!!! Called Doris several times to ask about my refund she is very rude and just tell you to call irs she is not helpful just takes your money and run. I will not be coming here next year!

This is the worse tax company ever they want to charge you high prices yet use the cheapest software that could possible be used. I will never use them again. If I could take it all back I would and do my own taxes myself.

Has anyone who's done there tax return with mercury actually gotten theirs back yet?

Also , if they did a business loss on anyone return please take note that some of those forms aren't being accepted until march. The tax prepares at mercury are failing to inform you of this. DO NOT use this company.

Don't do it! Stick with the professional tax preparers or you will be screwed!

ive did service with them last year. do anybody know a better number for them??????????

I definitely would not recommend their service to anyone they are the most expensive tax place I've ever been to and the worst in customer service. The receptionist they have is very rude and didn't attempt to help me. This place messed me and wifes taxes, first they misspelled my wife's name and wrong SSN and then were rude when trying to get fixed. They also did the same for me and I saw a different person than my wife, they really don't pay attention to what they are doing. I will definitely never go here again.
