        Do not go here! After years of continued patronage, I trusted them with my wedding. I picked out a garland for my head table with the owner, favors, wedding party flowers, and so on. The day of the wedding, the wedding party flowers were left at the church with no one handing them out or labeled. Additionally, my garland which I was charged for never showed. I said something to the assistant that is always at the shop and he said your not getting one. I left several messages for the owner with the same employee no return call. Basically I paid thousands of dollars and was ripped off. I even showed the assistant my receipt showing I paid for the garland and no refund, no apology, just a catty attitude. It was such a dissappointment. I am a local resident and unless you are shopping grab and go I would not trust them since the owner leaves everything in the hands of an employee with a bad attitude. I am still waiting for the refund.

        This review has also appeared on Google and YaHoo, they have removed it from the site. The review is completely false and unfounded. We have not recieved any complaints for the weddings we have done. I only wish I knew the name of the bride and the date of the wedding, could then address any issues the bride might have had. MIss Engeneer is, obviously a false name. We only do one wedding a day, and every detail is addressed. ALL flowers are labeled before they leave the shop and double checked by me. If this was the way we operated we would not be featured in 'The Knot's Best Wedding's of 20008 and 20009, also Project Wedding, both nation wide web sites. Also we would not be 'prefered vendor at the Medinah Country Club, Makray Golf Club, Biltmore Country Club, and others!We all at Floral Galleria take great pride in every wedding that we orchestrat. Why someone would have a reason to give false statements about us is VERY disturbing.
