They promise "we will call you back when we can come to make an estimate." After a month, no call. When I called again, rude receptionist, Jessica, said "We have no record of you." She PROMISED she would call me the next day with information. No call. I called the day after and she said she hadn't had time to get to my situation. I tried being polite but she was obnoxious saying "we are so busy we couldn't do your job before the end of NEXT YEAR." Well, perhaps a few more bad review like this one will lighten their workload.
