Black Eye Asheville

Needs more boxing coaches. There isn't much one on one attention. I went for several months. Having 71 amateur fights I question the coaching experience in the boxing class. The coach had a weird training style and tried to change my jab with awkward suggestions. I ended up spraining my wrist by taking his advice. I dominated most of my fights with my jab but he insisted I throw it wrong. Another young fighter helps train who has 0 fights??? Jiu Jitsu class is awesome. Overall the gym became very commercialized over the last year.
