        This past February my 1992 Mazda needed its windshield replaced. The car was dropped off that morning and was finished before I went to work that afternoon. When I picked it up there were a few minor things that were not to my liking. First of all when it was time to pay my share of the cost not being covered by my insurance they wanted to charge me more. Meaning not the $100 deductable but the larger portion that my insurance was paying. I corrected them on this. Next was the smeared windshield and pieces of old sealer left on the carpet. When I was driving away I noticed that the inside rear view mirror jittered. Also when looking through the windshield the view on the lower corners was distorted. The real problem came later when I turned the wipers on and the right side wiper arm actually scraped mishaped the glass! They did replace it with another, after another two visits, but I wonder why they put the bad one in my car in the first place. Not a good experiance!
