Kidz Kab LLC

I'm a Licensed daycare provider who has families using KIDZ CAB, they have never dropped the children off at the right time or even close to this time/and they have never called to say they are running late. Twice now they have picked one of my daycare children up from school and was suppose to drop them off at daycare within the 1/2 hour well 1 hour and 40 minutes later here they came ( they had forgotten she was on the cab) this is totally not right we trust in this service to provide safe transportation for our children. The family doesn't use this service any longer. Another thing you can never get an answer when you call and it takes them days to return your calls. and when they did return the calls they just brushed the situation under the rug. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS SERVICE AT ALL. Would NOT recommend it to anyone!!!!

I've used this Co. For the past 4 years. One thing I can say is that this is a scheduled transporation service. They are not a Cab service that you call up and expect a ride in 5 minutes. They have routes. I have the same driver all year long an she has my cell # in case of emergency. I feel like its a good service and I know my kids are safe.

I would NOT recommend using Kidz Kab. We have tried using this service a few different times over the last couple of years but had the same disappointing results. The concept is great except that they are rarely on time if they even show up at all. Yes things happen and sometimes run late but that is when you call the parent or teacher to explain the situation and estimated time of arrival. 30 minutes late is unacceptable without a call or reply. We asked to discuss the situations that have occured with them and they have yet to return our phone call. When I called, I only got the answering machine. They couldn't even call me back to let me know if a driver was on the way to get my child even after being 1/2 hour late. Not a fan and cannot recommend this business.
