Dr. John Julian Renard, DPM

First thing that needs to improve is the return of phone calls and messages. Though friendly, they do not do a good job of getting back to you promptly. Next before they have you sign an agreement for doing a surgical procedure, they should explain all the post-op options for recovery and have a back and forth discussion about them and agree on one that works for the patient not the doctor. I canceled my surgery when there was no discussion of a rehab facility beforehand and then then Dr. Renard tried to bully me into doing it or he may not do the surgery without taking my other options into account. That was unprofessional and along with the failures of the office to contact me when I left multiple messages left me unable to trust this office with my foot care needs any longer.

I have had several visits to Dr. Renards office. The office staff is always courteous and kind. The waiting area and rooms are VERY clean. Dr. Renard has answered all my questions and always given me options of what would be best. After having a toenail removed in the office, he clearly went over what I needed to do each day and explained to my husband and I how to care for it. The pain was less than expected and healing went faster thanwe thought. When I call the office, my questions have always been answered promptly. Very Satisfied...I would highly recommend Dr. Renard!

I had a very bad experience with this Dr. Not only did he overcharge me terribly, he also did not fix the problem. after 4 or 5 visits, and the 800.00 orthodics he sold me, I went to another Dr. had one visit, he diagnosed the actual problem, sold me 400.00 correct orthodics and the foot pain is gone!!

I would NOT recommend this Dr. to anyone.
