BEWARE!!! DECEPTIVE PLACE!!I recently visited this place after I had come across their website, while looking for a new nail salon, after just moving to the area. Some of the things that drew me to the place was the claims of friendly staff and excellent customer service, plus I had found some coupons on there website and decided to give them a try. First, the staff was kind and greeted me as soon as I walked in. As soon as I walked in I was asked what service I'd like and was really pushed there premium pedicure package which included a hot stone massage, exfoliating scrub, etc. I hesitantly agreed to the service. The massage was only Ok since the tech spent more time massaging bone than actual muscle, because she was too busy chatting and laughing with the other employees. Anyways, after get my nails done and proceeded to pay, I show the nail tech the coupon from their own website and she tells me I can't use it this time and that I could use it next if I show them before services done. The coupon did not even have an expiration let alone state that I had present before services done. since it was my first time there I didn't know. Anyways not wanting to start a fight with the tech I said Ok and paid the full price, but left feeling like if I had shown the coupon before she did anything, I would not had even gotten that subpar service and instead would have gotten the 'discounted' service. SAVE your MONEY. There is better for a MUCH more reasonable price too. That tech may have thought that she saved that place 10 bucks, but the truth is she cost them a return customer and all the money I would had spent every time I went back.

I went to Lan's for the first time two weeks ago and was pleased with the service I received. The place is very clean, the staff is friendly and inviting. I will definitely go back and recommend it to all my friends.

Was referred by a long time customer to this salon. My nails looked great upon completion but I was concerned by the lack of cleanliness of salon. Techs were sleeping in the pedi chairs while others played on computers. Visited the ladies room (always a tell-tale) and was surrounded by supplies, products, etc...too much to mention. Would like to give it another try but concerned about the attention to the small details which keep a salon sterile. Bottom line is nails=10 and salon=5.
