Smith Brothers Decorating Center

I made an appointment to have Mark come out to my house to give us an estimate on some work we wanted done. The first time he needed to reschedule the day of because he had a very busy schedule that day. We set up another time to meet and he never showed up. I called the store and when he called me back he said he didn't have me on his calendar. The last appointment we made he said he was going to come in the early morning, he said he would call and give me a time the day before. He called the night before and said he would be in the store Friday by 7:30 a.m. Still at 10:00 a.m. he is not at the store and he hasn't called to come to my house to do the estimate he said he would do in the early morning. I decided to give my business to a company that can show up to the first scheduled appointment and not waste my time.

I had my whole house painted on the inside.The personnel: painters, office help and everyone connected with Smith Brothers deserve an extra thank you. The painters were efficient, knew their job, performed all tasks necessary and in a timely manner. The Office Staff were there to help me with anything I needed, Everytime I went there, I was greeted with smiles and professionalism. I don't want to forget Mark. He is great to deal with as well. Last, but not least, their prices were well within reason.
